Wonderful Antique Rare Butterfly Collection from Mt. Kogki ,New Caledonia. There are a total of 63 carefully and skillfully mounted      beautiful specimens of butterflies in wonderful condition. The collector and mounter of this collection noted on case where the collection was collected and under particular specimens has original hand written note where the specimen was caught. Most say Mt. Kogki however some specimen say Noumea  Dec. 28, but does not give year. This collection is from a larger collection and some of those indicate dates back to the early 1950's. This certainly will be a valuable addition to any collection.
