Vintage Penna National Horse Show Name Holder/Award Medal

Rare Find! I believe this to be one of the earliest ribbons given out at this horse show that began in 1946. It has a light weight metal top bar & horse hanging from a blue ribbon. I can't say whether this was given out to  all contestants or to only the winners? I'm sure the collector if this type memorabilia will know though! Excellent condition with some wrinkling in the ribbon. View all pictures.
