From the picture above you will see the tip is consist of several different metal layers,from inside to the outside is the stainless steel tube,copper,Iron plating,Nichrome plating and lead free solder at the tip part.The material we used are high quality,Rohs approved and lead free,tips are electroplated for more than 72 hours, so these are not only environment-friendly tips but more importantly, each tip can solder more than 30,000 joints.
