Condition: measures 9" by 4 3/4" and 1 3/4" thick. All made of LEATHER with a leather strap for sliding ones hand through. It has an Embossed HORSE standing on top of a CROWN and the word "HIALEAH" below that On the strap top it is numbered "159" I do not know, but I THINK the bristles MAY be horse hair I COULD BE WRONG They have nice, to me anyways, nice firm "feel" to them when one places their hands over, onto it. NOT new please expect to see wear to include scuff marks, staining, and that the strap, though it is tightly secured shows wear from DECADES Of Use. Still It Is OF Quality ! AND Usable !! AND Displays WONDERFULLY All On Its Own Even !!! TAKE A LOOK@thanks
