Hand Crafted Horse Racing Decorative Toy. 12 in by 4 in. Made Of Cans and lids

I will try to describe this best I can. Someone has crafted it. The wheels are painted can lids. The horses have been cut from soda and beer cans then painted. Its assembled with metal like wire. I don't know the age but it looks a little older. It is definitely a different looking toy.
