    Description

    Hello,
    you are bidding on
    one 1
    excavated Civil War Pulled Bullet
.  I have several of these in stock and you will receive one of them out of the lot.  I have multiple different types of these in stock and you will receive one out of the group.  A "Pulled" Bullet is a bullet that got stuck in the barrel of the rifle after the gunpowder became wet generally during a rain storm or crossing a river.  The soldier would have to use a "worm" (a tool to remove the bullet) to remove the bullet from the gun.  The worm would screw a small hole somewhere on the top of the bullet and manually worked out of the gun.  These are great pieces of history and tell a story themselves.  These were utilized by both the Confederates and the Union.  These were dug in Atlanta, Georgia.  We dug a lot of bullets in this area.  Please see my other auctions for more great bullets dug from the same area.  Winning bidder to add .05 shipping.
