The Flow Wall system was perfect solution to organize our garage. Now everything has its place. Product is easy to install (though friends did it for me) and the hooks go in easily and securely. It came in 3 boxes however at first I only receive 2 boxes and the accessories were missing. I contacted and they immediately resent the accessories. With all the challenges US is having with shipping I was absolutely fine with how they handled it. Love the product.

When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 60 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 60 day limit has expired.
